What is group Visa?
If more than 5 people travel together (Enter and leave China at the same time) and only just for single entry then they can be considered to have a group Visa. In general, this Visa is suitable for tourist purposes, family visiting or other personal affairs as know as the L type Visa, however, for most short term visit (such as: researching, teaching, business, scientific-technological and culture exchanges etc) may still eligible to apply.

This Visa is issued by the official Chinese visa authorities in China.
What's the restriction or condition of the group Visa?
1. All group members must enter and out China at the same time. However, if you travel at the different day you must make a clear notice to us when you apply. It will be £6 extra charge for each duplicate document.
2. You need apply at least 2 weeks prior to departure.
3. Your initial plan for remain in China should not more than 40 days. However, you can apply for Visa extent ion within China.
4. Your passport should have at least one blank page in the passport. The page for endorsement or amendment can not be used as a visa page. Also, you should have
at least 6 months valid passport.
How to apply for group visa ?
1. Complete our online application form;
2. Send us the clear copy of each passport via e-mail or by post;
3. Pay the application fee to us via telephone or online;
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. A tourist group should comprise at least 2 members. All members of the group should enter and leave China at the same time.
2. The information provided by the applicant must be true and complete. Otherwise the applicant should bear the full responsibilities.
3. Should there be any changing about the group or typing mistakes on the group visa form, the applicant needs to inform us immediately. £30 will be charged for each amendment.
4. Group members must hold their original passports when they arrive at the port of entry.
5. If any group member intends to travel alone or leave China individually for special reasons after entry into China , the group organizer must apply through local Public Security Bureau. |
