How to Apply A Chinese VISA

In general, the Chinese visa can only be issued by authorities overseas include Chinese embassies, consulates, visa offices, and the consular department of the office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China. If you intends to enter into, exit from or transit through the Chinese territory, you shall apply to the above-mentioned Chinese visa authorities for a Chinese visa in person or through an authorized travel agent like us. The above authorities overseas do not accept application by post. As the apointed travel agent, we could accept the Visa application via post, in person and online. We even do not need your original passport.
Please note, visa is also required wherever your enter from Hong Kong or Macao .

You can apply your Chinese Visa online from our website if you:
a). apply at least 4 weeks prior to departure;
b). apply for a single entry and stay in China less than 45days;
c). travel for tourist purposes, family visiting or other other kind of short term visiting, such as: researching, teaching, business, scientific-technological and culture exchanges etc.

Procedures of your online application
a). Complete the online Visa application form;
b). Pay your application fee as requested;
c). Send us a photocopy of your valid passport (the page with your personnel details) as reference (We do not need your passport and photos for your online apply unless we request it.

Who can apply the Chinese Visa online?

Important notes of your passport validity
1. At least one blank page in the passport. The page for endorsement or amendment can not be used as a visa page.
2. At least 6 months valid passport for the single or double entries; At least 9 months valid passport for the multiple entries.

The photo of the accompanying person using the same passport should be affixed to the form. The full visa fee will be applied.

1) are going to China for more than 45 days; or

3) need a multiple entry Visa; or

VISA :
Work visa(Z):  An employment permit from the Ministry of Labour or the State Bureau of Foreign Experts of China together with an invitation letter from the company authorized by the Chinese Government.
Student visa(X):  JW-201 or JW_202 form issued by the Ministry of Education of China and a letter of admission from a Chinese University / College.
Transit Visa(G): A valid visa for the country of destination and the letter from the employer. Duration of transit visa is about 7 days. For British passport holder, the Chinese transit visa of 24-hour stop over in the airport is not required.
Journalist Visa (J-1 or J-2): A letter from relevant Department in China or the Foreign Affairs Office of Shanghai or Guangdong Municipal Government and a letter from the employer .
